To let you know how much we care about our customers, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty so you can feel confident that you will be satisfied with our products, or we will either replace or refund your purchase. Our warranty eliminates the worry of ordering online.
Limited Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have paid for, you may return it with a brief description the reason for return. Once the merchandise is received, based on your request we will either ship a new replacement product at no cost to you or issue a full refund for the purchase price of the returned product plus tax.
The Deluxe Sheet Sets & Comforters warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship, fading, shrinking, pilling or balling, elastic or stitch breaking due to normal use for the life of the product. This warranty DOES NOT cover fading or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, fabric softener or household bleach. (To help prevent fading and discoloration see our care instructions.) It does not cover any wear and tear due to animals, finger/toe nails, rough or calloused skin.
The Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship and over stuffed or under stuffed pillows. We will cover any defective pillows due to normal use for the life of the product. This warranty DOES NOT cover fading or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, fabric softener or household bleach. (To help prevent fading and discoloration see our care instructions.) It does not cover any wear and tear due to animals.

- Instructions for a refund or exchange with return address
